#3 - A payment's amount could be changed client-side (e.g., on a discount code application), and we should recall `Dfe_SecurePay/main::debugMessage()` in such case (though, it affects only the test mode)

#2 - Remove the `layout` attribute (e.g.: `layout='1column'`) from the root `<page>` tag in the layout XML files because this attribute value is not necessary for us, but can conflict with some third-party design themes and some third-party checkout extensions
