#21 - The GET «https://sandbox.moip.com.br/v2/preferences/notifications» API endpoint is down today (2017-10-19): «502 Proxy Error: The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server». We should handle this in a proper way.

#20 - Remove the `layout` attribute (e.g.: `layout='1column'`) from the root `<page>` tag in the layout XML files because this attribute value is not necessary for us, but can conflict with some third-party design themes and some third-party checkout extensions
