#4 - Refactored WebView usage, and added promised article exporter prop, also added useWebKit option as a prop as this is needed for custom fonts in webviewer

#3 - Two functionalities added, refreshCSS and returnHtmlText functions. refreshCSS is used to update css ie increase decrease font, and returnHtmlText prop passes in a function to grab the raw text so it can be used with functionality such as text to speech etc
