#4270 - We would like to send high sensitive data to clients when they use the end-user-portal (because the connection is encrypted) instead of unencrypted mail. Is it possible to switch off to send the response as email in this case? The user should actually get an information via Mail that an answer is waiting for him in the end-user-portal where he can receive the answer only. Our background is a family doctory office where patients send high sensitive data about there health and we would like to send them high sensitive data as return too. Right now we have to pack that answer in a an encrypted PDF with password protection. I guess you can imagine that it is kind of complicated to answer like that 100 emails/tickets a day. Is there maybe a work around solution?
